Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day is suppose to be a day that's all about love. All the gushy love cards, chocolates, flowers, it sounds pretty nice right? Wrong! Valentine's day, to me is a waste of time and money. Whats the point of wasting all that crap when its just going to get thrown away any way? It almost makes me sick! Sure its not so bad when you have someone to share it with, but if you don't your life pretty much feels like it's over. If your single it just sucks. Its basically just another way to remind yourself that you're all alone and you'll probably die alone with your 500 cats. Some say it's the perfect day to tell someone that you love them. Well why do you have to have a certain day to tell somebody? Why not do it any day? This holiday, if you can even call it that, is pointless and to me its a waste of time.
